Shipping Policy
UK Delivery
Due to the wide variety of products we sell all shipping charges are calculated at the checkout based on the items ordered.
All parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.
Whilst most orders will be delivered within 5-7 working days of despatch, we ask to allow up to 10 working days, If your order has gone over this timescale please contact us
Pick Up Service
If you are local to my shop, then you can collect your items from the store. You will receive an email to say your item/s are ready to be collected.

Return & Exchange Policy
RETURNS
In the unlikely event you do not love your items we are happy to accept returns for all orders placed through www.thewhisperingmoon.com within 28 days of receiving your order.
Simply log into our Returns Portal and create a returns request. This will then be reviewed by our team.
For our UK customers, you are responsible for the return postage fee. The original postage fee will not be refunded. Faulty returns are not charged a returns postage fee.
Please note:
-Returns must be sent to us within 14 days of your request being approved.
-Please ensure your order number is included or we will be unable to process your return.
-All products must be returned in an unused condition with original tags/packaging
-Any personalised items (textiles or mugs) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We are so sorry, we currently do not offer exchanges.
Faulty / Damaged Items:
We aim for all orders to arrive in the same condition that we dispatch them, if anything arrives damaged, faulty or there is any other problem with your order then please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
If any product develops a fault after 6 months, it is up to the customer to prove this was faulty at the point of delivery.
